If the nearly perfect weather isn’t enough, the 30,000 acre site with five miles of oceanfront property on the eastern most tip of the Dominican Republic, will offer three Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses, the largest marina and one of the finest white sand beaches in the world, all just ten minutes from Punta Cana International Airport.

The US$500 million master plan by EDSA, the renowned planning and landscape architectural firm, also includes beach, yacht, golf and country clubs, elegant boutiques and restaurants, a world class spa, tennis and swimming facilities, deep sea fishing, polo grounds, a casino, a 5,000 person amphitheatre and a private hospital among the astonishing range of facilities.

Yet Cap Cana has also been carefully designed as an ecologically responsible community, one of the first resorts in the world to proactively nurture, protect and improve its natural environment.

Low density development not only minimizes the impact on the flora and fauna at Cap Cana, it also ensures that residents will enjoy a tranquil ambience and the entire development will retain a sense of exclusivity. Much of the resort will be car free, with internal transport by golf buggy.
