Location
Vitania Resort will be a residential complex with a full range of on site amenities including its own shopping centre, and cafeteria/restaurant together with a life style package, in the popular Mijas Costa area on the Costa del Sol, close to Malaga airport and Marbella. It is primarily aimed at the more mature, active resident, who can enjoy the wonderful open space environment comfortably in the knowledge that medical facilities are on hand,if need be. However, the resort it is also the ideal place to bring up families in a safe and comfortable environment due to the proximity of local towns, schools etc, and as such there are no age restrictions at Vitania.

Residential Area
Vitania resort is a Healthy Living resort that offers a variety of properties on a development with excellent leisure and healthcare facilities that combine a total of 304 dwellings located in three-story buildings, surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens.
There will be 27,045 square meters built on a property area of 43,669 square meters and an average property area of 80 square meters (approx. 850 sq ft). The resort is comprised of ground floor apartments with private gardens from 1 to 3 bedrooms, first floor apartments with wide terraces and two bedrooms , and superb Duplex and Triplex Penthouses of two and three bedrooms with private Jacuzzi and BBQ . All the apartments have a private garage and a storage room in the basement, and will have all the services outlined in the "Basic Package" and the "Optional Services" as described below in the Heath section. This includes optional laundry and cleaning services as well as a catering service.

Leisure
In Vitania resort, leisure is a key aspect. Transport is available to several nearby first-class golf courses and to the exclusive private Vitania beach club at La Cala beach. This club, other than being on the beach, has an indoor swimming pool, a spa, a fitness centre with personal trainers, on hand.
Within the resort itself, there are sports and other facilities, including a further covered swimming pool, a gym, a spa and tennis and paddle courts. Occupational activities are also programmed. For the benefit of every Vitania resident, there are a library, games rooms, computer rooms and multi purpose facilities for conferences, theatre and other uses in the Vitania club and commercial center.
The landscaped grounds are ideal for rest and relaxation, with their indigenous plants and winding walkways: the gardens also have nocturnal lighting to ensure that their use at night is safe and pleasant.

Healthy Living
Part of the Vitania resort will include a state of the art medical facility (in patient/out patient ) with 120 beds, comprising a Continuous Care Unit , a Convalescent-Rehabilitation unit , a Nursing Care Unit and a Day unit with Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapy.
Vitania Resort offers 24 hour medical assistance, first aid care, health assessments, and computerized resident medical history records, periodically updated. Preventive medicine as well as specialized medical consultations will also be provided. All these health services will be provided by Vitania Salud (Health), a member company of the Vitania group with internationally recognized specialists.
VITANIA SALUD is in charge of designing, organizing and managing all of the health related services offered at the complex. This includes interface between the Spanish health service and the UK National Health as well as recognition of private medical plans such as BUPA.
The services at VITANIA RESORT are grouped in two sections: some are intrinsic to every apartment unit and are called "Basic Package, the rest are "Optional Services"
