In most cases, the banks in Morocco will lend 60% to 70% of the purchase price, sometimes with a one year deferred payment.
That means that you will need to fund 40% of the purchase price.
In many instances, the payment plan is by means of staged payments, so it will not be necessary to find the 40% all in one go.
