On contract 30% becomes payable and then nothing further until completion, when you can either pay the remainder in cash or avail yourself of the 70% mortgage. The contract provides for the land as deposit security.
RENTAL GUARANTEE
There is a rental guarantee of 8% for up to 10 years if you put your property into the rental pool. You would also be entitled to 4 weeks own use. .
